Refund Policy

1. Our 60-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every bottle of VittaBurn. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results within 60 days of your original order date, you are entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, follow these simple steps:

• Email our customer support team at support@vittaburn.com within 60 days of your order.
• Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your refund request.
• Return the unused product (and any remaining bottles, even empty) to the address provided by our support team.
• Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

3. What Is Refunded

Your refund will cover the full product purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Conditions for Refund

• The refund request must be initiated within 60 days of the original order date.
• Returned bottles must be sent to the address provided by customer support — refunds cannot be processed without confirmation of return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Each customer is eligible for one refund per product per household.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us immediately at support@vittaburn.com with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but remain eligible for the 60-day return policy.
